I don't know why, but I often find myself intrigued by all the time the integrity of Gunter von Haagen's Bodyworld's exhibit is questioned as a result of the controversy behind other rip-off shows. I saw Bodyworlds 2 two years ago in Philly and loved it! Did they have the blood vessel family??? It is interesting that you mentioned the childbirth part of the exhibit, as it was and still is my favorite subject. Is the pregnant woman at the Science Center? She was in Philly...behind a black curtain just like the fetuses you mentioned. As a feminista myself, I was pretty disgusted by it (it = the extent to which we politicize childbirth). On the other hand, I was proud to see that a woman was walking through the exhibit with her two very young children, explaining what they were seeing. It sucks that you had all those disgusting uber-religious people. I hope it didn't ruin your experience.
