WHARTSCAPE 2009 — Are you ready?

For the past four years Baltimore has been graced with a fairly amazing DIY festival put on by the Wham City collective. This will be my third year attending, and likely my most tame year. In the past it has been the same weekend as Artscape which was always difficult to balance the two.  It is truly a great time where all different communities in Baltimore come together for some ridiculousness.
